Job Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and clear information regarding healthcare services, insurance coverage, billing, and appointment scheduling.
Resolve customer complaints or issues related to healthcare services, billing discrepancies, and insurance claims in a timely and effective manner.
Accurately enter and update patient information in the healthcare management system.
Communicate any updates or changes in healthcare policies, procedures, or insurance plans to customers.
Job Qualifications:
High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
Able to work on-site..
Amenable to attending an on-site interview.
