Qualifications: College graduate of any course No prior non-voice experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training! Strong written communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with non-voice support tools and systems is a plus but not required. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (Words Per Minute).
