Assists in managing patient flow within the lobby and outpatient services, guiding patients to their appointments and helping to reduce wait times where possible. Monitors cleanliness and order in all outpatient areas, including waiting rooms, consultation rooms, and common spaces, ensuring they are welcoming and comfortable for patients and visitors. Proactively gathers informal feedback from patients and visitors about their hospital experience, including suggestions for improvement and positive observations, and communicate this feedback to the Patient Experience Supervisor. Works closely with the Patient Experience team to implement changes and improvements in the patient experience based on patient feedback. Participates in training and development opportunities to better understand the outpatient care process and how to effectively support patients and the healthcare team. Responds promptly to any additional requests from patients or healthcare staff to assist in the patient care process. Collaborates with other hospital departments to ensure a cohesive and positive experience for visitors and patients. Performs other related task as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualification High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service, healthcare, or related fields is a plus. Experience No previous experience required; however, experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare settings is an advantage.
