About the Job : SQL / Power BI Analyst

We at Curate Data Analytics (A Startup in Business Analytics & Strategy space) are on a look out for a dynamic leader who knows SQL & Power BI very well, to be part of our Business Intelligence reporting Team. The incumbent is required to have a good understanding of business analytics & reporting using SQL & Power BI in FMCG companies. A past record of working in FMCG Business analytics team on SQL & Power BI and delivering successful outcomes of implementing analytics strategy is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Managing SQL Databases, writing queries and stored procedures on day to day basis
• Understand the day-to-day requirement of FMCG companies for moving from insight to action
• Design, build and deploy advance SQL queries, stored procedures, SQL Jobs and Power BI solutions.
• Ensure SQL jobs are running properly.
• The work includes data extraction, data transformation, data load and data quality management
• Enhance existing reports regularly based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Produce/distribute/automate recurring reports in an efficient and reliable way.
• Exchange experiences and support other reporting specialists.
• Understanding business requirement and support the business team with query and report modification
  
  

Qualifications

• Expertise in SQL and Power bi is a must have qualification
• Bachelor/master's degree in computer science, information systems, Statistics, or any other quantitative field
• 2- 3 years of experience in SQL and Power BI development
• Need to be excellent in writing SQL queries, stored procedures and jobs
• Expert knowledge using advance calculations using MS Power BI and MS Excel
• Experience in developing Visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Strong technical and communication skills, self-driven, open-minded
