DAZN’s goal is to become the world’s largest sports broadcaster and one of the biggest entertainment services on the planet. From football to boxing and recently the launched NFL Game Pass we know that growth really starts with keeping our existing customers active and on board. The ideal candidate will be familiar with multiple sports with a strong interest in football.
As CRM Manager, you will be in charge of creating, strategic delivery and planning a tactical BAU schedule with a focus on acquisition and retention. You are confident in constructing bespoke, personalized journeys, leveraging our broad base of customer and prospect data and insights for your decision making and maximizing results. Familiar with building and implementing automation, this role will require you to analyze results, optimize against findings and communicate performance to the business. You combine a helicopter view with deep understanding of the performance of the full customer lifecycle , can identify new opportunities withing this lifecycle and strive to provide the best user journey tailored to the DAZN Belgium fanbase.
DAZN is a fast-paced, commercial environment and you will be expected to manage several workstreams concurrently, so efficient time and project management skills are paramount. Working very closely with the local and global DAZN teams, you will harness expertise from product, tech, content, UX, data and analytics to deliver our CRM output for fans across the territory. Managing stakeholder relationships well will therefore be key.
Like in sports, no day will be the same and your projects will cover – BAU CRM comms to engage customers with sport on DAZN, initiatives to drive event specific revenue, optimizations and testing, landing page & UX optimization and tactical outputs for commercial growth.
This role will be based in Brussels, Belgium. Benefits include meal tickets, expense allowance, group insurance (3% of gross salary), hospitalization insurance (DKV) and transport allowances.
