Role Overview
As the
Digital & CRM Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s digital presence, optimizing customer engagement, and driving impactful digital strategies. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing and CRM strategies while leading a
small but dynamic team (including a Digital Project Manager and an intern).
This role will require close collaboration across departments to ensure consistency in digital, CRM, and e-commerce strategies, with a
particular focus on digital PR and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities
📢 Earned Media
- Develop and implement strategies to boost organic visibility through SEO, social media, and digital PR.
- Build relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach, assisting the marketing team with audience analysis.
- Track and improve Share of Voice (SOV) by benchmarking against competitors and identifying opportunities.
🖥️ Owned Media
- Oversee and optimize content across owned channels (website, email, and social media).
- Manage the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring data integrity and leveraging insights for personalized communication.
- Develop content calendars to maintain consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Implement and manage always-on content strategies to ensure continuous engagement.
📩 CRM Initiatives
- Lead both B2B and B2C communication strategies to enhance customer retention.
- Oversee the launch and management of the loyalty program.
- Manage and troubleshoot the sales tool used by medical and sales reps, ensuring smooth operation.
- Serve as the primary problem-solver for sales tool issues, coordinating updates with CRM agencies.
🛒 E-Commerce
- Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) by optimizing digital sales strategies for e-retailers.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve e-commerce operations.
- Participate in business reviews with e-retailers, providing digital expertise and strategic input.
- Align e-commerce activities with broader digital marketing strategies to enhance product visibility.
💰 Paid Media
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and awareness.
- Monitor and optimize paid media performance for maximum ROI.
- Conduct business reviews with media agencies to refine strategies.
👥 Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the Digital Project Manager and an intern.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Foster a transparent, human-centric, and collaborative work environment.
📊 KPI Development & Tracking
- Define and monitor KPIs for digital, CRM, and e-commerce strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
🤝 Cross-Department Collaboration
- Act as a central point of contact for all things digital, CRM, and e-commerce.
- Lead digital PR and influencer initiatives, working closely with the marketing team.
- Partner with the sales department to align digital tools with business needs.
- Collaborate with product and customer service teams to enhance the customer journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅
Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
✅ Fluent in
French (Native/Bilingual), Dutch (Professional), and English (Professional).
✅
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce.
✅ Proven
leadership experience, managing teams and cross-functional collaborations.
✅ Proficiency in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
✅ Strong
analytical skills, with the ability to define and track KPIs.
✅ Passionate about
innovation and staying ahead of digital trends.
