Let's start with the role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Data Analyst to join our Customer Relationship Management team. In this role, you will analyze customer behavior, develop data-driven segmentations, and generate insights to optimize retention, engagement, and personalization strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with CRM and BI teams to enhance customer lifetime value and improve campaign effectiveness.


As a CRM Data Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to enhance personalization and targeting;
  • Analyze player behavior, transaction history, and engagement patterns to identify high-value customers, churn risk, and reactivation opportunities;
  • Implement predictive modeling for churn prevention, lifetime value estimation, and personalized offers;
  • Monitor and report on key CRM metrics, including Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Bonus Responsiveness, and Offer Conversion Rates;
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to measure the impact of campaigns and customer engagement initiatives;
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to CRM and senior management to drive data-informed decision-making;
  • Challenge and refine existing KPIs, collaborating with the BI team to develop new, impactful metrics;
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, bonus structures, and targeted campaigns;
  • Run A/B tests and multivariate analyses to optimize marketing communications and offers;
  • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting by collaborating with BI and data teams;
  • Partner with CRM and Key Account Management teams to develop data-driven engagement strategies;
  • Support the automation of customer segmentation and data visualization for real-time insights;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in gaming, customer analytics, and AI-driven CRM strategies.


What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM analytics, customer segmentation, or data analysis in a fast-paced environment (gaming, e-commerce, fintech preferred);
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis;
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data visualization;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations;
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present insights in a clear, actionable manner;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, adaptability to changing business demands, and high drive;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Optimove, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) would be a plus;
  • Exposure to machine learning models for customer analytics would be a plus;
  • Understanding of GDPR and responsible gaming regulations would be considered an asset.
