About The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team and support the design, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle programs across our digital signage SaaS platform. You'll play a key role in driving adoption, retention, and expansion by helping to manage and evolve our customer communications across their journey. Reporting to the CRM Team Lead, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to make sure we're delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations within HubSpot CRM including contact management, list segmentation, workflow automation, and data hygiene
  • Assist in building and optimizing email campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and onboarding flows based on behavioral triggers and customer data
  • Write compelling, personalized content for lifecycle emails that speak to customer needs across different segments and stages
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and deal pipelines
  • Support database maintenance including deduplication, property mapping, and custom field creation
  • QA new automations, forms, and CRM assets to ensure functionality and performance

Contribute to CRM documentation, training, and internal support as our processes scale.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and customer journeys
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and QA skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • The ability to work cross-functionally, in a fast paced environment

  • HubSpot certifications,e.g. Marketing Hub, CRM, Automation, Reporting
  • Proven track record of implementing workflows, sequences, lead scoring, or lifecycle automation in HubSpot
  • Experience with B2B SaaS customer lifecycle strategies or digital signage industry
