Candidate should have experience in credit control role.
Candidate should have experience in contacting customers for outstanding payments by phone and email.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills and a good friendly manner.
Candidate should be well organised and have some experience with excel and recording notes on customer accounts.
Other experience is welcome but not necessary, such as reconciling payments on customer accounts, chasing customers for remittances and doing minor balance adjustments on accounts.
