Summary

Adecco Creative and Marketing looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Creative Services Traffic Manager to join our clients fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is key to managing the flow of creative projects—from request intake to final delivery—ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, timelines are met, and quality standards are upheld. Ideal candidates will bring strong project management skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake and resource assignment for creative requests; monitor progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Prioritize projects based on deadlines, scope, and team capacity, aligning assignments with required skill sets.
  • Track team workloads and collaborate with the Creative Services Manager for optimal resource distribution.
  • Review project briefs for accuracy; partner with requesters to gather necessary details.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between creative teams, project owners, and stakeholders—setting and managing timeline expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation (timelines, budgets, status reports).
  • Lead traffic meetings; provide timely updates and escalate blockers as needed.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client or brand expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows and processes.
  • Administer Monday.com access and collaborate with other admins to optimize platform use.
  • Build strong relationships, adapt to shifting priorities, and contribute positively to team dynamics.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 2–3 years in traffic or project management within a creative or marketing environment
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and quality


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an agency, healthcare, or regulated industry
  • Familiarity with creative workflows and terminology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
  • Expertise with Monday.com
  • Solutions-oriented with a passion for process improvement and continued learning
