Flour Craft Bakery is looking for a friendly, energetic, responsible individual to join our front of house team. We are looking for a team member to work 4 +/- days per week.

We are a locally owned, artisan bakery & cafe, featuring thoughtfully made pastries, breads, and healthy fare.

We are a family owned business with two retail locations in Marin County. We love to feed people and are passionate about providing healthy, nourishing food for our community.

Applicants Should Be

• Responsible, reliable & outgoing.
• Passionate about food, coffee, & great service.
• Experienced in the retail and/or hospitality industry and have a strong work ethic.
• Ideally, have previous barista experience. However, we will provide additional training, regardless of experience.
• A team player, and step in to lend a hand wherever and whenever necessary.
• Have a valid CA Food Handlers Card (or will be asked to obtain one within 30 days of hiring).
• Available on weekdays and both weekend days.
• Have a flexible schedule. This is not a job for a full-time student as we do require weekday mornings and midday shifts.
