Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Networking, Azure, and VMware Trainer with LMS (Learning Management System) management expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality training on networking concepts, Azure cloud services, and VMware virtualization technologies.
• Managing and overseeing the LMS platform for training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct hands-on, instructor-led training sessions on Networking (Cisco, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching), Azure Cloud Services, and VMware virtualization (vSphere, vCenter).
• Prepare and deliver technical content, including presentations, training modules, and exercises.
• Create and customize training materials based on the needs of the learners and client requirements.
• Assess the performance and understanding of trainees through quizzes, practical assessments, and other evaluation methods.
• Provide guidance and support to students during training sessions and troubleshoot technical issues related to networking, Azure, and VMware.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth content delivery, learner engagement, and progress tracking.
• Upload and organize training content, including course modules, videos, assessments, and resources, onto the LMS platform.
• Monitor learner progress, track completions, and generate detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues related to the LMS platform, ensuring seamless access for all users.
• Ensure the LMS is up-to-date and aligned with company training objectives, offering an optimal user experience.
• Technical Expertise and Support:
• Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Networking, Azure, VMware, and LMS technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for networking, cloud, and virtualization-related issues raised by students or clients.
• Share industry insights, trends, and emerging technologies with trainees to enhance the training experience.
• Course Development and Customization:
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, lab exercises, assessments, and practical scenarios.
• Customize training programs to suit different learning environments (virtual, classroom-based, hybrid).
• Design curriculum and modules for certification exams (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure, VMware VCP).
