We’re working with a high-growth, publicly traded company in a transformative phase, looking to add a Corporate Controller to their leadership team. The company is undergoing a significant organizational shift, with an emphasis on scaling its operations, enhancing financial clarity, and improving internal processes.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced finance professional who is passionate about building efficient systems and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee the company’s financial reporting, including SEC filings, US GAAP compliance, and internal controls
• Lead the implementation of new systems and workflows to improve the efficiency and scalability of the accounting function
• Develop and enforce policies around financial controls, SOX readiness, and accounting best practices
• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, intercompany consolidations, and tax compliance
• Work cross-functionally with teams across the business to support strategic decision-making
• Lead and mentor a growing accounting team, fostering an environment of development and collaboration

What You’ll Bring

• CPA qualification with a strong background in US GAAP and SEC reporting
• 5+ years in a senior accounting or finance leadership role, with a focus on building and evolving accounting functions
• Experience with financial system implementations and process automation, preferably with NetSuite
• A proven track record of driving change and improving financial processes in a high-growth or transition phase
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, audit management, and internal controls
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and grow a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
