As the Corporate Controller your duties will include:

• Overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and annual closing across multiple states
• Developing and grow the accounting team through coaching and mentorship
• Leading continuous improvement projects and digital transformation projects
• Designing and implementing proper internal controls
• Preparing financial statements and providing analysis that helps executive teams make quick business decisions
• Preparing budgets and forecasting, incorporating KPIs
• Conducting financial analysis to support business growth and cost reductions
• Oversee all inventory accounting procedures
• Ensuring all sales tax reporting is accurate across multiple states

You are the right person if you have:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of management accounting experience within a consumer package goods or food manufacturing organization
• CPA a plus
