We're working with a leading organization building out their finance team with strong leadership and systems expertise.

As Controller, you'll lead financial operations while leveraging your D365 Business Central expertise to streamline reporting and optimize financial processes.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, payroll)
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Configure and optimize D365 BC for reporting and efficiency
• Collaborate with IT and operations to improve system integration
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Train finance staff on effective D365 BC use

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in finance/accounting, with leadership experience
• Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of financial modules, workflows, and reporting tools
• Experience implementing or optimizing D365 BC
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
