Controller

LHH is seeking a Controller for a company near St. Louis Park, Mn. The ideal candidate will come into a role with no direct reports that can jump into managing the general ledger and financial statements along with assist with ad-hoc projects from the CFO. Daily tasks change and can be variable depending on the projects that are being worked on, allowing for flexibility in different accounting tasks. Responsibilities

• Managing the general ledger, month end close, and prepping financial statements
• Assist with Ad-hoc projects helping CFO
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasts
• helping to find a new ERP system to implement
• Continuing to help with process improvement with growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Fluency in Excel
• GAAP knowledge

Skills

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Strong excel skills
• self-starter, can adapt to new type of projects

Compensation/Benefits

• $100,000-$120,000
