KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Prior Leadership and Real Estate Experience
• Mastery of GAAP accounting
• Experience with advanced ERP accounting software
• Strong analytical skills, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail required.
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility is required to successfully accommodate deadlines
• Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy, and use data to identify and solve problems.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• A degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting management roles with 2+ years’ experience in a leadership position
• Proficient Excel skills are strongly preferred
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
