$150k - $180k

Position Overview

The Controller will manage all aspects of accounting and finance operations, provide strategic insights to senior leadership, and contribute to the organization's long-range growth and planning initiatives.

Responsibilities Of The Controller

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Conduct financial modeling and revenue flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and reporting.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and business strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership across finance, operations, and product.
• Manage multi-entity accounting, including international operations, VAT, and multi-currency.
  
  

Required Experience/Skills for the Controller:

• 7 - 10+ years of accounting/finance experience in SaaS, startup, or mid-size company settings.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Hands-on and detail-oriented with comfort in ambiguity and rapid change.
• Experience working cross-functionally with executive teams on strategic initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Controller:

• CPA is preferred.
• Previous public accounting experience is preferred.
• SaaS or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
  
  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
