Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the industrial performance of production sites (output, costs, energy efficiency, etc.).
• Develop and manage operational dashboards in line with key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in budgeting and monitoring variances between forecasts and actuals
• Implement analysis tools to optimize production costs and support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with technical, maintenance and production teams to ensure reliable management data
• Ensure the reliability of information reported from the field, and propose continuous improvement plans
• Contribute to digitalization projects for industrial performance monitoring tools Participate in internal audits and internal control improvements
  
  

General Skills

• Excellent command of industrial management control methods (ABC, variance analysis, analytical reporting)
• Solid knowledge of industrial processes, supply chain or production environment
• Good command of Excel, ERP (preferably SAP), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau...)
• Analytical, rigorous and critical thinking skills
• Good communication skills with technical and financial contacts
• Autonomy, organizational skills and results orientation
• Strong interest in industrial performance, cost optimization and digital tools
  
  

Academic Background & Experience

Engineering degree (industrial, process or general engineering), ideally complemented by training in finance or management control, with initial experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.

The position is based in Marrakech.
