Job Title: Contracts Manager

Salary: Up to £64,000

Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week - Onsite 4 days a week

King Edward VII's Hospital is seeking an experienced and highly organised Contracts Manager to lead the negotiation, management, and oversight of contracts across clinical services, non-clinical operations, and insurance arrangements.


The successful candidate will take ownership of the full contract lifecycle — from initial negotiation and compliance assurance through to performance monitoring and renewal — ensuring that all contractual activities align with the hospital’s strategic and operational objectives. This is a pivotal position requiring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.


Applicants should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, alongside significant experience in contracts management within healthcare or a similarly regulated environment. A solid understanding of governance, procurement practices, and data protection standards is essential.
