The role ensures compliance with the project’s contractual requirements. He/She guides the technical group on contract matters.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Proficient in Mandarin reading and writing.

At least 12-15 years of experience in construction management. With an EPC background.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and to identify project process improvements.

Strong analytical skills demonstrated in either financial or commercial analytics.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Willing to travel.

Willing to accept a Project-based status.

Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
