What The Day Will Look Like
- contract processing (from simple to complex client contracts)
- administration and maintenance of client and contract data in the system
- creating insurance certificates, policies, contracts based on automations
- correcting premium and brokerage
- creating and following procedures and guides for the scope of work
- acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues
- participating in projects aimed at process improvement
- conducting trainings for new joiners / other colleagues
- ensuring process documentation is up to date
- suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
- suggesting process and/or system improvements to team manager
- working closely with stakeholder to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard
- cooperating closely with team manager as well as the team and making sure all deadlines are met
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- English - level B2
- German - level C1
- good knowledge of MS Office
- ability to analyse processes and identify areas for improvement
- ability to identify and respond to risks
- excellent attention to detail is a must
- ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes
- good time management and organizational skills
- good knowledge of insurance market would be an advantage
