Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Contractual setup of collateral management for German, Luxembourg and Irish funds for funds on/off-boardings and maintenance events
• Strong collaboration and coordination of team related tasks within the department and across company as well as with external parties (e.g. Asset Managers, Collateral Managers, Custodians)
• Support to internal and external clients in handling non-standard requests
• Process documentation
• Participation in process transitions and/or process change projects

Your skills and experience:

• University degree in law, business administration, finance, economics and at least 3 years of experience in financial industry
• Fluency in English. Good knowledge of German would be a plus
• Very good organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Service orientation, paired with a solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and to respond quickly to new demands
