The Role

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Content Marketing Manager to own our organic content engine—from shaping strategy to rolling out the posts that get people talking. You’ll be the architect of our content calendar, the voice behind our blog, emails and social channels, and the designer of simple, scroll-stopping visuals. In this role you’ll turn customer stories, product updates and Generator news into content that educates, engages and converts.

In this role you will:

• Spearhead our content strategy across blog, email campaigns, LinkedIn and social media
• Own the content calendar: plan, brief, write, schedule and optimise every asset
• Write compelling copy for blog posts, case studies, testimonials, launch emails and LinkedIn updates
• Design easy-to-digest visuals (think Canva, Figma or Adobe) for social posts, headers and sales decks
• Collaborate closely with product, sales and customer teams to surface the best stories and insights
• Measure what matters: track opens, clicks and engagement; iterate your approach for maximum impact

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting or communications
• A standout portfolio showcasing both writing chops and simple design work
• Proven ability to take content from idea to publish—you own the process end-to-end
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe, plus LinkedIn and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• A proactive, organised self-starter who thrives working independently and loves a fast-paced environment
