eLearning Developer (Storyline 360 / Rise 360) – Contract

We’re looking for a skilled eLearning Developer with a strong command of Articulate Storyline 360 to help us design and deliver engaging, interactive, and SCORM-compliant learning experiences. You’ll work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and our project delivery team to bring training content to life in a way that’s visually polished and aligned with learning outcomes.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Develop high-quality, interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Build interactivities, simulations, scenarios, and assessments that support learner engagement and retention.
• Convert instructional content into accessible, learner-friendly digital experiences.
• Package, test, and deploy SCORM-compliant modules for delivery through Workday LMS.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support LMS migrations, testing, and content version control.
• Perform basic quality checks for accessibility and ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in eLearning development, with a strong portfolio of work in Storyline 360 and Rise 360.

• Experience working with SCORM packages and deploying to LMS platforms (e.g., Workday, CSOD, Moodle).

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on usability, branding, and learner engagement.

• Ability to work independently, manage feedback, and meet project timelines.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✨ Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with Adobe and AI tools.

• Experience with bilingual/multilingual eLearning builds (e.g., English and French).

• Basic graphic design or media production skills for image, animation, or video asset handling.
