Summary

Company description We are PXP-the future of creative production. We're the click-drivers and the antidote to "the skip", building stronger connections between brands and people. We are smart creatives, fearless explorers and solution finders. Our ambition drives us to influence the world by helping brands become cultural icons. Overview PXP is currently looking for creators who are passionate about social and culture. Super creatives who thrive at both concepting and producing content for new and established platforms. Resourceful Photographers, Videographers, and Animators aren't confined by the traditional silos of production and creative. While a background in content production is a plus, we're seeking creators who can plan, point, shoot, and edit. Our ideal candidate will lead with a curious foot, love figuring things out, and understand how beautiful things are made with their phone or a camera-whatever it takes to communicate great ideas, thoughts, and expressions engagingly. Social Media cache is secondary to great content - we don't need an influencer. We need someone well-honed at the craft. Regardless of seniority, years of experience, or types of experiences, we're excited to see your great content. This is a hybrid role for a shooter/editor, shooter/producer, or shooter/creative-someone with strong production/post-production skills. You can expect around 3-4 shoot days per month, plus one additional on-location shoot day. Responsibilities * Shoot and edit compelling content that is geared towards specific platforms and audiences. * Work with content producers to plan for and execute shoots of various sizes. * Partner regularly with AD and/or CW for client branding projects. * Research latest trends, technologies and best practices. * Set and maintain creative integrity of work. Qualifications * Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary social media platforms. * Have a deep understanding of pop culture and social trends and love working within that framework. * A strong eye for design and composition with an ability to create visually appealing content. * Must be a self-starter that can work (and thrive) independently. * Proficient in creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc. * Working experience with camera and lighting equipment. * Excited by the idea of creating content on an ongoing basis, pushing norms and bringing their own vision to each project. * Enjoys a fast-paced environment - working at the speed of culture. * Strong online portfolio showcasing content creation, video production, or motion graphics experience.
