Intern-to-Hire Opportunity

Salvi is looking for a creative, quick-cut-loving Content Creator Intern who’s interested in social media to join us for a paid summer internship (1 June to 1 September) also to join our production team and help us tell powerful stories about today’s top business leaders. You’ll work on Content ideation, Content creation, editing, and social media management for high-impact content featuring executives and leaders.

This is a 32-hour/week on-site role based in Chicago. 

What You’ll Be Doing

 Creative Ideation

• Work alongside our Producer to brainstorm concepts that highlight executive leadership and strategic thinking.
• Research trends in corporate content, business storytelling, and visual branding.

Filming & Production

• Assist with filming interviews, workplace b-roll, behind-the-scenes content, and live events involving business executives.
• Operate and help set up cameras, lighting, and audio gear.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into powerful video content—executive profiles, leadership snippets, corporate reels.
• Add graphics, sound design, and color correction to create a polished, branded final product.
• Maintain brand voice and tone while boosting storytelling appeal.

Publishing & Engagement:

• Post across our social platforms with the help of our ad agency and team.
• Engage like a human, not a bot. Comment back, boost, interact.

We’re Looking For Someone:

• Who can IDEATE, SHOOT, CUT, WRITE, POST, and ENGAGE
• Has basic proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Is comfortable behind a camera and eager to learn more about on-set production
• Loves storytelling, especially when it involves real people doing real impactful work
• Is collaborative, curious, and never stop learning
• Shows up—on time, with ideas, and ready to work

Compensation

This is a paid summer internship. Stipend is $4,500 total for the 3-month program. You’ll also get:
