This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Services Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Construction Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating construction projects, managing contractor and vendor relationships, ensuring site safety, and maintaining project documentation. The Coordinator will also handle scheduling, budget tracking, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Project Management skills, including scheduling and budget tracking
• Experience in coordinating construction activities and managing contractor and vendor relationships
• Knowledge of site safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
