Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing resources effectively and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, building science or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with various construction techniques and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with site development, data centers, and utility installation is advantageous.
