Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Oakland, CA, Dublin, CA, San Ramon, CA (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving construction management processes. This role will be pivotal in overseeing large capital projects, implementing improvements, and ensuring the successful completion of our client's construction program.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance construction management processes and internal controls
• Lead construction contract reviews and project oversight for large capital projects
• Develop and implement construction management policies, procedures, and processes
• Conduct project reviews to evaluate progress and estimate completion
• Collaborate with teams to perform field work, data collection, and analysis
• Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools to create client deliverables and reports

Skills Required:

• 1-5 years of experience in construction or power and utilities
• Proficiency in Excel, cost analytics, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in project oversight and monitoring
• Ability to analyze data and create reports
• Knowledge of construction management processes and internal controls
• Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional certification is a plus, but not required
