Multiple projects at Gun High School Campus including Building E remodeling, Building K remodeling, Spangenberg Theater lighting and accessibility upgrade, and landscape projects.

Responsibilities:

You will be the sole person leading and managing the projects on daily basis. Your responsibilities include but not limited to, managing project budget, schedule, and quality control, managing the contractor and the design team, processing RFIs, Submittals, pay applications, reviewing change orders, preparing and executing contracts, daily site visits and reports, constructability reviews, communicating with the team and the client.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years combined experience in Constructions Management, Architecture, and/or Engineering.
• 4 years bachelor degree in constructions management, architecture, and/or engineering.
• Familiar with Procore
• Will have to go through fingerprinting and background check
  
  

PREFERRED:

• Degree and/or Experience in Architecture/Engineering
• CCM Certificate
• Experience in Public Work
• Experience in School Construction - DSA
