About the Company: Join our dedicated and diverse team of specialists as a Machine Programmer. You'll play a crucial role in developing and modifying PC-DMIS NC programs for various spaceflight systems.


About the Role: Develop NC programs for CNC Mills/Lathes/Multi-axis mills and Multi-axis lathes/VTLs. Strategize machining processes to produce hardware from design data. Create and manage set-up sheets. Design custom tools and fixtures as needed. Maintain configuration control on files and job records.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop NC programs for CNC Mills/Lathes/Multi-axis mills and Multi-axis lathes/VTLs.
  • Strategize machining processes to produce hardware from design data.
  • Create and manage set-up sheets.
  • Design custom tools and fixtures as needed.
  • Maintain configuration control on files and job records.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NC programming.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading including GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard.
  • Experience in tool fixture design and set-up sheet management.
  • Experience working with Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Experience with MasterCam X7 or higher.
  • Experience with Vericut or other program verification software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Unigraphics.
  • NXMachinist experience.
  • Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.


Pay range: $42 - $47/hr on W2 (Varies by Shift Schedule)
