We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill and Lathe Programmer/Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and be proficient in programming and operating CNC machines. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you will play a crucial role in fabricating precision components that meet our high standards.

Role Description  

• Program, edit, set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
• Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure accuracy in machining processes.
• Assemble components as needed, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programming machining, specifically with CNC machines.
• Machining and Milling skills
• Familiarity with logic controllers and CAM programming is preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic math concepts for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Experience with CAD software for interpreting designs is highly desirable.
• Ability to fabricate parts with precision while adhering to strict quality standards.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
