We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller & Turner to join our clients growing team in East Anglia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong machining background, particularly in metal components, to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components.
• Interpret technical drawings and engineering specs.
• Set up machines and carry out basic programming or adjustments.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exact tolerances.
• Work effectively within a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller and/or Turner.
• Solid background working with metal components (steel, aluminium, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Desirable:

• Experience with a variety of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak).
• Familiarity with different industrial sectors (aerospace, automotive, rail, etc.).
