Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift (Monday – Thursday, 12-hour shifts). This role involves setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce precision metal and non-metal components while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and making necessary machine adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Physical Demands
Ability to move or transfer products with an overhead crane. Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required.
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
