Positio
n Summary
The Compensation Analyst II will offer high-level analytical support and assistance in the execution and administration of base pay and variable pay compensation programs. This role will support the variable pay compensation programs as it relates incentive payouts and plan design/ documentation and communication. Additionally, this role supports the design and communication of base pay structures, grades, compensation budgets, and guidelines. May serve as a project lead to compensation team in
itiatives.

Conducts market analysis to assign pay grade recommendations for roles ensure the company’s compensation practices are competitive. Benchmark roles against external data sources and internal pay - structures.Communicates pay grades, compensation budgets, guidelines and compensati
- on policies.Assists with variable pay design, administration and co
- mmunication.Advises managers on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary
- guidelines.Ensures the accuracy of all job data contained within HRIS and other systems, and follows up on outstanding issues to resolves di
- screpancies.Partners with Payroll, HRIS, and HR Business Partners as needed to provide guidance and solutions on compensation rela
