Job Description :

  • Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the administration of incentive compensation program payments, practices, and policies.
  • This position will manage the monthly, quarterly and annual incentive calculation and payment process by partnering with Business Leaders, Finance and HR to ensure the accurate and timely calculation of incentive payments.
  • Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst utilizes data and analytical insights to assess incentive plan structures and payment trends to ensure the payment accuracy and cost effectiveness of incentive programs.

Responsibilities :

  • Administers sales commission and incentive program calculations and payments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Analyzes and audits commissions data to ensure calculation and payment accuracy
  • Handles inquiries regarding transactions and payment calculations
  • Monitors commissions system and reporting
  • Prepares / maintains complex sales and commission reports and analysis that improve processing efficiency, ensure payment accuracy, and support calculation processes
  • Serves as subject matter expert providing guidance and support to HR, Finance, and business leaders on incentive compensation calculations and payments
  • Evaluates and analyzes job and compensation data to ensure the alignment and effectiveness of incentive programs
  • Provide analysis of incentive and compensation programs to ensure compliance to state and federal legislation
  • Supports M&A incentive integration process as needed
  • Participates in complex incentive compensation related projects
  • Assists the Compensation team with special projects as needed


  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM-CP or SHRMSCP) are advantageous
