Role Overview
As a Community Manager, you will be the face of Execube Cowork, ensuring that our members have a seamless, productive, and engaging experience. You will be responsible for managing operations, building relationships, and curating an exciting community culture.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Experience
Be the first point of contact for all members, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
Build strong relationships with startups, founders, and professionals working from the space.
Plan and execute engaging events, networking sessions, and knowledge-sharing meetups.
Actively seek feedback from members to improve the overall experience.
Space Operations & Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking space to ensure a well-maintained, fully functional workspace.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and IT teams to ensure smooth functioning.
Handle member check-ins, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Maintain inventory for office supplies, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct space tours for potential clients, explaining services and pricing.
Follow up with leads and work towards converting them into members.
Maintain occupancy levels and strive for 100% capacity utilization.
Events & Partnerships
Plan and execute startup-centric events, networking meetups, and panel discussions.
Collaborate with industry leaders, investors, and influencers to host insightful sessions.
Partner with local businesses to offer perks and benefits to members.
Member Retention & Conflict Resolution
Ensure a friendly, supportive, and inclusive work environment.
Address member concerns and escalate issues where necessary.
Encourage networking among members to foster collaborations.
Ideal Profile
Experience ideally in Community Manager within Real Estate industry (preferred)
Working knowledge of Space Operations (preferred)
Experience within would be a strong advantage
Strong networker & relationship builder
Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
Adaptable and thrive in changing environments
