This is a freelance, part-time, remote role (Dubai-based) with the intention for this role to grow to full time as the business scales. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about community, events, and women in business. You’ll help us build something truly special from the ground up- with huge opportunities for growth as we scale globally.

The Opportunity:
As a Community & Events Manager, you'll be the go to person for our members and a key team member supporting the overall experience. This is a dynamic role with the potential to grow into a more senior leadership position as the community expands. We're looking for someone who's excited to build with us long term, take real ownership, and help shape the future of Female Founders.
This is a part-time role, with the intention for it to transition to full time as we grow. You’ll have a front row seat to the expansion of a powerful network, with huge opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibilities.
Your Role Will Include:
• Engaging directly with our community members, fostering meaningful connections and strong relationships (responding to members questions and directing them to the right place, helping them feel heard, welcomed and supported)
• Planning, coordinating, and executing both in person and virtual events (help manage venue logistics, RSVP's, reminders, suppliers)
• Attending and supporting both online and offline events- ensuring a seamless experience for members
• Liaising with our membership team to ensure the member portal is always up-to-date with the latest events and resources
• Providing support in the day-to-day organization of events and community activities
• Supporting smooth operations behind the scenes, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Are:
• Passionate about women’s entrepreneurship and community building
• A natural communicator with perfect written and spoken English
• Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
• A proactive thinker who loves finding solutions before problems arise
• A relationship-builder who enjoys being the connector
• Eager to grow with a fast moving, purpose driven brand
• You have 2-4 years of experience in community management, event planning, or a related role-ideally within a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment

Compensation:
