Group 10 Consulting is a professional services firm dedicated to maximising the value of our clients' ICT investments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Communications / Learning and Development Manager will report directly to the General Manager – People, Performance and Delivery and be responsible for:
Delivery of Group 10 corporate communication including but not limited to:
- Development and implementation of communication strategies, plans, schedules, brand/style guides and templates and promotion of their consistent use
- Authoring/editing internal and external company communications (e.g., Intranet, social media, newsletters, etc.)
Learning and Development services including:
- Training and education (e.g., through the Percipio training platform)
- Performance management and career development (e.g., the career development plan process)
- Knowledge transfer
- Maintaining training and industry membership records
- Providing administrative support services including managing Group 10’s CVs
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The Communications / Learning and Development Manager will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Familiarity with different business functions and areas
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the Group 10 People, Performance and Delivery Team
