Entre Hermanos is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Communications & Events Manager to lead our public-facing work through compelling storytelling, digital strategy, and the production of impactful fundraising events. This full-time position supports our mission to empower and advocate for LGBTQ+ Latine and immigrant communities across Washington State.
The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, is fluent in both Spanish and English, and brings a deep understanding of digital media and culturally relevant messaging. They are passionate about community building and skilled in event planning that inspires both celebration and support.
This position reports to the Communications Director and works closely with the Executive Director, leadership team, and Board of Directors.
Entre Hermanos’ mission is to promote the health and well-being of the Latine/Latino/Latina/Latinx Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and questioning community in a culturally appropriate environment through disease prevention, education, support services, advocacy, and community building.

As part of the final selection process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a brief content creation exercise. This will involve designing and writing sample communications materials for a potential Entre Hermanos event or campaign. The goal is to better understand each candidate’s creative approach, writing skills, and familiarity with our mission and voice.
EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants for this role will only be considered if they are able to legally work in the United States, where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
Entre Hermanos requires all employees be vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine. Employees are considered vaccinated two weeks after completing primary vaccination with a COVID-19 vaccine, with, if applicable, at least the minimum recommended interval between doses. All new employees must inform Entre Hermanos of their vaccination status within three days of hire date and must be fully vaccinated no later than 45 days after hire date.
