Job Responsibilities * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal communication projects and campaigns. * Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for communication initiatives. * Develop and create content for various internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, and the intranet. * Lead internal communications efforts related to organizational change and transformation, ensuring clear, timely, and relevant messaging. * Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. * Lead research projects to support and enhance our internal communication operations. * Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing recommendations for improvement. * Assist on special projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, PR, or a related field or related field. * Minimum 6 years of experience in communications, marketing or a similar role. Prior experience providing strategic communications support for private equity investments and/or mergers and acquisitions a plus. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong strategic planning, execution, and problem-solving skills. * Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency with digital tools and platforms including intranets, internal communication systems (e.g., Teams, Zoom), and Microsoft Office365. * Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $100,000 - $108,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
