Are you an organized self-starter with a passion for digital marketing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Digital Coordinator with our innovative digital public affairs team.

As a Digital Coordinator, you will build strong digital presences for concurrent email marketing, social media and website projects. Working alongside a collaborative and driven team, youll thrive in our fast-paced environment, where every action you take has a tangible and meaningful impact on our business.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management of digital content by working cross-functionally to solicit, manage, produce and then traffic approvals for web, email and social.
  • Use project management tools, including Monday.com and Microsoft Teams, to ensure organization, create content calendars and provide timely delivery of quality digital creative.
  • Manage social media for a portfolio of projects using Sprinklr for publishing as well as tracking, categorizing and responding to comments.
  • Produce and deliver regular key performance indicator (KPI) reports that tracks information including number of social media posts per project.
  • Write email marketing, social media and website copy from existing and approved content.
  • Coordinate production and execution of email marketing, social media and website initiatives.
  • Function within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Agency and political or public affairs experience preferred.
  • Organized individual who is a driven self-starter.
  • Possesses a resourceful, innovative, and enthusiastic attitude towards digital media.
  • Committed to positively influencing online conversations.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated organization, focus, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AP style writing preferred.

Must-Haves:

  • 1+ year of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in similar field (or equal experience in digital agency)
  • Campaign experience and ethics (digital/public affairs type work preferred)
  • Soft skills- self-starter, driven
  • Experience with social media and creating social media copy
