Responsibilities:
-Partner with leadership to develop & deliver internal communication strategies that enable strategic alignment between headquarter and regional colleagues (i.e. marketing strategy, channel tactic, local market insight & opportunity)
-Own the development and implementation of the internal communication within Marketing function in a global scale
-Oversee overarching communication within Marketing team, identify improvement opportunity and provide improvement plan
-Network and build relationships with senior departmental leaders to identify communication needs and contribute to the development of departmental /regional strategy
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, years of experience in implementation, communication and relevant discipline, in a complex and global organization
-Extensive experience in providing communication support at a senior level. Marketing or OTA industry experience is a plus
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-A proven record of developing and using insights and communicating them to creative communities in a relevant and engaging way
-Ability to influence and build relationships across the departments and regions
-Solid planning / organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadline
