Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager located in Sacramento, CA. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for multiple properties and oversee lease administration, communication with tenants and property owners, annual budget and CAM Reconciliation preparation. The candidate must have experience with either or all of the following: office, industrial or retail properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in property management or related field
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi,Box, etc.)
• Attention to detail
• Experience with AP and coding
• Experience with budgets (CAM rec experience a plus)
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills

Full Time $80 - $90k commensurate with experience.
