• Contract Duration: 6-months
• Worksite Location: Eagan, MN
• Compensation: $23-25/hour

What you'll do as an Collection Agent:

• Receive and apply payments to customer accounts
• Locate and monitor delinquent accounts for follow-up
• Contact customers by phone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and review contract terms
• Encourage customers to resolve outstanding balances or return merchandise
• Set up and manage debt repayment plans based on customers’ financial situations

What you'll bring to the Collection Agent role:

• High school diploma or GED
• 5–7 years of experience in financial services and/or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Accurate documentation and recordkeeping skills
• Proficiency in debt recovery techniques and familiarity with collections-related policies and regulations
• Experience with Microsoft Word and related collections software is a plus
