Company Overview : Playbook Sports is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to oversee our low-code AI projects. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, document technical solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely project delivery—all while maintaining a passion for sports. This position requires someone who can effectively navigate challenges, remove bottlenecks, and communicate clearly with both clients and team members. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Plan, execute, and manage low-code AI projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams to meet project milestones. Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, project roadmaps, and progress reports. Ensure all project records are up-to-date and accessible. Team & Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients. Address and resolve tough technical issues by facilitating team discussions and escalating when necessary. Problem Solving: Identify potential bottlenecks early and implement effective solutions. Monitor project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them. Qualifications : Proven experience in project management or a related field. Familiarity with low-code platforms and/or AI-related projects is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Passion for sports and a solid understanding of the sports industry. Comfortable working USA EST hours in a remote environment. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is highly desirable.
