Description
Ensure department process instructions are followed.
Ensure shop safety rules and practices are followed.
Create and modify programs to accept more efficient tooling.
Develop tool holding fixtures and select cutting tools.
Integrate work with Engineering, Production, Quality and Scheduling departments for value stream effectiveness.
Maintain programs to current print revisions.
Accepts, performs, and is accountable for efficiency and quality results of assigned duties.
Make available to maintenance, requested equipment for preventative maintenance.
Notify supervisor of any problems and/or difficulties, as well as possible solutions.
Programming office is kept neat and orderly at all times.
