Summary

Summary:


    • A Manufacturing Inventory Associate plays an integral role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s inventory management system. The team members will be tracking and documenting all stock movements, conducting regular audits and reconciliations, minimizing discrepancies, and providing support for smooth operation of supply chain processes.
  • Responsibilities:


    • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and regulations in the production area.
    • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to align with production demands.
    • Daily checklist (Pivot inventory, low stock, concerns, and issues)
    • Check in materials, screws, and parts, verify counts and part numbers.
    • Cycle Counts completed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
    • Perform routine audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions to resolve issues.
    • Inform upstream if parts are low in a specific warehouse.
    • Resource Management: Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet production schedules.
    • Pull Parts in a timely manner (Planning, Safety, and Efficiency)
    • Scanning and working with SAGE Software
    • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and records for decision-making and analysis.

    Must Haves:


    • Strong critical thinking skills, exercise judgement and capability to take sounds decisions even under stressful circumstances.
    • Minimum of 2 years of Inventory experience required.
    • Proven work experience operating Forklift (Sit-down and Stand-up)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to take written and verbal directions.
    • Excellent math and analytical skills.
    • Efficiency in pulling or organizing parts.
    • Understanding reorder points.

    Physical Demands:


    • Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
    • Standing for your entire shift.
    • Manual dexterity.
