About this Role:

Performs duties to setup and instruct assigned department employees in the setup and operation of a wide variety of computer numerical controlled work centers to progressively machine a wide variety of piece parts. This position works from complex blueprints, shop orders, tool sheets, sketches, computer printouts and instructions.

What you'll do:

  • Troubleshoot quality issues with machined parts
  • Make modifications to machine program
  • Train operators and setup personnel
  • Direct departmental employees on work elements
  • Maintain accurate tooling inventory
  • Set tooling and fixtures according to print or layouts
  • Setup work center calling up program and modify as needed
  • Perform autonomous maintenance tasks
  • Assist operator in loading and operating machine
  • Prepare production records as required
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ Years Relevant Experience
  • Ability to perform shop math
  • Ability to read and understand G code
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to train and assist others in the completion of tasks
  • Complete 6S training
  • Complete safety auditor training

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this U.S.-based position is $30.80. We also offer a highly competitive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and professional growth:
